Deer Valley Gears Up for 4th of July Bash on July 12: Family Fun, Fireworks, and a Cornhole Tournament
DEER VALLEY HOA — Mark your calendars for one of the most anticipated community events of the summer: the 4th of July Bash, taking place on Friday, July 12 in Deer Valley. While the celebration may come a little after Independence Day, it promises to deliver all the excitement and tradition of a classic Fourth — and then some.
Organizers have pulled out all the stops to create a full day of entertainment for the whole family. From thrilling activities for kids to great food and competitive games for adults, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
One of the highlights of the day will be the Cornhole Tournament, open to players of all levels. Whether you’re a backyard enthusiast or a serious competitor, the tournament offers a fun way to get in on the action. Each team must include at least one Deer Valley resident, and participants are encouraged to register by June 14 to ensure they receive a commemorative event shirt.
But the cornhole competition is just the beginning.
Families can look forward to a wide array of attractions, including a bounce house, miniature golf, and live entertainment from both a band and a DJ. Kids will have a blast with activities tailored just for them, including a Powerwheel race, an epic water balloon fight, and a special appearance by the Masonville Fire Department, who will be on-site to give the young ones a refreshing spray-down.
When it comes to food, attendees will have plenty of options, with 12 food trucks offering a diverse range of tasty eats to satisfy every craving.
As the sun sets, the celebration will culminate in a professional fireworks show, designed and executed by a certified engineer. It’s sure to be a dazzling display that lights up the Deer Valley sky and brings the community together in a shared moment of awe.
Be sure to bring a chair so you can relax and enjoy the music, food, and fireworks in comfort.
Whether you’re coming for the competition, the food, the fun, or simply to celebrate summer with friends and neighbors, the 4th of July Bash is shaping up to be a can’t-miss event.
Admission is free, and all are welcome. Don’t forget to sign up for the cornhole tournament early to secure your event shirt!
