Runners Support OCHS Emerald Players at Spring into Summer 5K

The Spring into Summer 5K took place Saturday morning at Owensboro Catholic High School, bringing together runners, walkers, families, and supporters for a community event benefiting the OCHS Emerald Players theatre program.
Cloudy skies and light rain early in the morning created cool race conditions, but the rain cleared before the start of the event. The race both started and finished on the Owensboro Catholic campus, while To The Finish, LLC provided chip timing and music throughout the event.
A total of 38 runners participated in the race.
